Follow-up comment rss or Leave a TrackbackThe scorpio, which am driving now is my second scorpio. i bought my first scorpio in 2004 & bought new version of scorpio in the very first week of it’s launch in 2005. Ever since i bought the new version i am facing a problem of Wobbling of steering wheel starting from @80 kmpl. Every time at the time of servicing of the said vehicle, i lodge the said complaint at Bhasin Motors. it has been nearly 2 years but the problem of the wobbling of steering wheel has not been rectified. Am forced to take this complaint of mine to the consumer court.
It is a big deterrent factor for me to recommend Scorpio to anyone.
You may be just having a problem with your wheels or tyres…maybe a good tyre clinic will be able to help you..check ur wheel alignment, balancing etc…(I am sure you must have…but go to a non-Mahindra Dealer chap…there are some very good professional oputfits in most cities)…I have a Scorpio CRDe slx Aug 2006 and have done >36,000 kms in all kinds of terrain including off-road/no-road, and no probs on the steering…Like it is said for doctors…always take a second opinion!!
